Is there a restock if the item I want is sold out?
Since we only work with limited drops, we usually don't offer restocks after they've sold out. We recommend keeping an eye on our future releases so as not to miss any of our exclusive collections.
How do I find the right size for me?
All of our styles have a slightly oversized cut. If you like it a little looser, buy a size larger. Otherwise you can stay with your normal size. If you are not quite sure about the right choice, send us an email to info@moonveil.de
Which payment methods are accepted?
In the Moonveil®️ online shop we accept a variety of payment options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna Invoice, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro Cards.
How do I best care for my items?
To ensure you can wear your items for as long as possible, please note these tips:
• Wash at max. 30°
• no fabric softener
• no chemical agents
• Wash & iron inside out
• Do not put in the dryer
What are the return conditions?
Returns must be sent back within 14 days and in perfect, original selling condition, unworn. The labels must not be damaged.
How can I return something?
If you don't like something as much as expected, you can send it back to us. You have a maximum of 14 days to do this.
